Local computer user, Steve Gunderson has announced his plans to put aside his rewatch of season 7 of Gilmore Girls and, instead, spend this week getting up to date with his favorite internet forum’s main political discussion thread. “POLITICS[OT] – LAST ZIPLINE TO NAZI GERMANY” has been running for 71 pages and Steve Gunderson plans to start on page 1 in order to fully grasp the arc of the thread.
Steve has reported that he does not fully understand what the thread title is referencing specifically but he looks forward to uncovering this and many other inside jokes over the course of the 71 pages. He does acknowledge that reading it’s predecessor thread “POLITICS[OT]: CHECKMATE, MYSELF” may be necessary, in order to fully grasp everything. He has tentatively pencilled that thread in for early September or “whenever I’m in the same room as ‘that one family member.’”
