The already beloved Hitman(2016) was considered by many to be a return to form for the series. Hitman 2(2018) is poised to expand upon that game’s success with it’s release in a couple weeks and details about the story are starting to leak out. While the story often played second fiddle to the murder hijinks of the first game, it did feature the rather memorable character of The Shadow Client, who is heavily implied to be an old companion of Agent 47.
In the follow up, the plot will revolve around Agent 47 completing missions for the mysterious Providence. Things take an interesting turn when Agent 47 is deployed directly against The Shadow Client and, whilst he does dispatch two of his top lieutenants, he confronts his mysterious enemy in an initially tense conversation that gradually escalates into deeply sensual love making, I’m just assuming.
